ACRE21

Six on-farm and school TWIGs and four Town TWIGs, across two states (with two lockdowns in between) – it was quite a ride!

ACRE21 was our biggest collaboration yet, and communities across the Swan Hill, Gannawarra, Balranald and Murray River council areas were all been involved!

We were proud to bring top visual and performing artists from regional Victoria and New South Wales (and a few from metro areas) to live, work and perform in our beautiful part of the world.

Thank you to the hundreds of people who got involved – hosting artists, helping put on shows and for coming along to be part of it all.

We love the photos and videos we were able to create from each event – click on the links above to see.

  • Farmers and schools hosted week-long artists in residence programs, culminating in TWIG events with neighbours and friends.
  • Four communities saw top Australian musicians at unique, isolation-smashing concerts called Town TWIGs.
  • Plus we commissioned local artists to create sculptures for the festival.
